By Phone: Feel free to call us at 225-287-6706 between the hours of 8AM-5PM (CST). If we are busy with another customer and you get our voicemail, leave a message and your call will be returned within 1 business day.

By E-Mail: E-mail us and we will respond to your message promptly.

Cancellations: Once personalization has begun on orders, they can not be cancelled. Note: Most orders are begun within hours of being placed, so cancellation is very difficult.

Returns: We do not accept exchanges or returns for items ordered. Merchandise is Non-Returnable unless received defective and reported to us within 3 Days of receiving.


Shipping Information: Most professionally printed invites and favors will ship within 48-72 hours of order placement. Most do-it-yourself invitation orders ship within 24-48 hours of placing order.

Hand-made favors will ship as soon as order is completed (order completion time depends on type and quantity of item being ordered and will be estimated in your invoice).
